A very tasty treat for guests. At a party this simple salty canapé has proved a winner with adults so I thought I should share it with you. It is so simple to do that it is almost a crime to call this a recipe.
All you do is place a half spoonful of cream cheese onto a small round water cracker and top with a few salmon caviar eggs. That’s it These orange eggs explode in the mouth with a powerful oceanic tang, which works brilliantly against the richness of the cheese. About three or four per person is a good quantity.
